Lustica Bay Marina

If we say for Montenegro that it is picturesque as an artwork, for Luštica Bay we can say it is a masterpiece in the making. The nautical settlement is located on the idyllic peninsula of Luštica in Tivat and represents a residential tourist destination of Montenegro. The town will encompass two marinas with 176 berths, seven high-class hotels, an 18-hole golf course with Gery Player signature, a different offer of real estate in the form of apartments, luxury villas and charming hillside townhouses. Luštica Bay will also contain a conference center, school, medical facilities, fire service and police, spa centers etc. Its uniqueness is reflected in the fact that it was built on a completely unfinished terrain, the bay of Trašte. In the winter, the waves reach the height up to 7 meters, so two breakwaters are built to maximally protect the marina.
